Use sub-notes more intelligently.

I use Cinta to store questions and information for training. I use those questions in Word docs, epubs and html pages. I also hope at some point to stuff notes into xml tags and use them in DITA projects.
Cintanotes are *ideal* for this as they are 'bite-sized' questions or bits of knowledge. However, to use them for all these purposes, I need to keep selecting, copying, and then pasting. I can't help feeling there should be a better way of extracting the info from Cinta and getting it into another application.
